For MSPs

Stop running client 2FA from a spreadsheet and a drawer of phones.

Firewalls, Microsoft 365 tenants, RMM and PSA tools, and distributor portals all want a 2FA code, and the technician on shift needs it now. Fox Auth gives your whole team those codes from one vault, with a record of who used which one.

14-day free trial. Web, Mac app, and Chrome extension on every plan.

Sound familiar?

The 2FA problems msps run into, and how Fox Auth fixes them.

2FA secrets live in a spreadsheet or a docs page.

Fox Auth stores secrets encrypted on our servers (AES-256-GCM). Technicians get the current code, not a seed they can copy into a spreadsheet.

A technician leaves and you spend days resetting 2FA.

They never held the secret keys. Remove them in Members and their access ends straight away, with nothing to rotate across client environments.

A client's security questionnaire asks who can access their portals.

The audit log shows every reveal, copy, and autofill by person and app. Keep up to a year of history on Scale.

The on-shift tech needs a code at 2 a.m. and it's on someone else's phone.

Anyone on the team gets it from the web, Mac menu bar, or Chrome, with autofill on the portal's sign-in page.

What goes in the vault

The accounts msps share most.

If it shows a 2FA setup QR code or a setup key, Fox Auth can hold it. These are some of the most common.

How it works

Add it once. Share it. Everyone's in.

  1. 1

    Add your codes

Paste a setup QR screenshot, scan it with your camera, type the key, or import from Google Authenticator.

  2. 2

    Invite your team

Send each person a one-time invite link. Choose which codes are for the team and which are Only me.

  3. 3

    Log in anywhere

Get codes on the web, from the Mac menu bar, or autofilled in Chrome. Every use is logged.

Questions from msps

Do you have a reseller or multi-tenant program?

Not yet. Today your MSP runs one Fox Auth team for your technicians. If you'd like to resell Fox Auth or manage client teams, tell us.

Can technicians see or copy the 2FA secret key?

No. Members only ever receive the current 6-digit code. Exporting secrets is limited to the owner, always needs a second factor, and is recorded in the audit log.

How many technicians and codes can we have?

Team covers 10 people, Business 50, and Scale 150, all with unlimited shared codes. See pricing.

Can we hand a client's codes back when a contract ends?

Yes. Export them as a CSV of otpauth:// links or a printable QR sheet. The client imports them into their own authenticator, and the codes keep working.
