For agencies
Client 2FA that doesn't leave when your contractor does.
Every client account your agency runs, from Google Ads and Meta Business to Shopify and the domain registrar, asks for a 2FA code. Fox Auth puts those codes in one shared vault, so the whole team can log in without chasing whoever set it up.
14-day free trial. Web, Mac app, and Chrome extension on every plan.
Sound familiar?
The 2FA problems agencies run into, and how Fox Auth fixes them.
Fox Auth keeps the 2FA secret in a shared team vault. Anyone you share a code with can get it from the web, the Mac menu bar, or Chrome, even when the account owner is on holiday.
Teammates get the current 6-digit code where they're logging in. Chrome autofills it, so codes stop piling up in chat history.
Remove them in Members and their access ends straight away. They never saw the secret key, so there's nothing to re-enroll.
Every reveal, copy, and autofill is in the audit log with the person, the app, and the time.
What goes in the vault
The accounts agencies share most.
If it shows a 2FA setup QR code or a setup key, Fox Auth can hold it. These are some of the most common.
How it works
Add it once. Share it. Everyone's in.
- 1
Add your codes
Paste a setup QR screenshot, scan it with your camera, type the key, or import from Google Authenticator.
- 2
Invite your team
Send each person a one-time invite link. Choose which codes are for the team and which are Only me.
- 3
Log in anywhere
Get codes on the web, from the Mac menu bar, or autofilled in Chrome. Every use is logged.
Questions from agencies
Can we keep personal accounts separate from client accounts?
Yes. Every code is either shared with the team or set to Only me. Personal codes stay private, even from admins.
What happens to client codes when we stop working with a client?
Delete the codes you no longer need, or export them first (CSV or a printable QR sheet) to hand back to the client. Both are recorded in the audit log.
Will setting up Fox Auth lock us out of live ad accounts?
No. You add the existing 2FA secret to Fox Auth (by scanning the QR code or importing from Google Authenticator), and the codes stay the same. Nothing changes on the ad platform.
Can freelancers use Fox Auth?
Yes. Invite them as members. They get codes for what's shared with the team, never the secret keys, and you can remove them at any time.
